Mike applies skills in financial analysis, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and business development to help clients restructure, scale, and successfully exit their businesses. Throughout his career as both a CEO and CFO across multiple high-growth companies, he has built and led finance functions, managed complex transactions, and developed teams that sustain high levels of performance and engagement. At Aprio, he brings that operating experience directly to bear for clients navigating critical stages of growth.

Mike earned an MBA, summa cum laude, from Babson College’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Southern Maine.
