Ross has more than 20 years of experience serving companies across multiple industries, including construction, cannabis, financial and legal services, government, closely held businesses, and nonprofit organizations. He specializes in strengthening financial reporting, managing risk, and maintaining compliance requirements through clear guidance and practical, business-minded insight.
Experience
He has deep experience providing audit* services, financial statement reviews, and compilations. Ross’ tax and accounting background has led to appointments as an expert witness on accounting matters in numerous lawsuits. He is passionate about getting to know each client’s business inside and out, so he can tailor his approach to meet their operating realities and reporting needs.
Education & Affiliations
Ross earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting from the University of Michigan. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a member of the Arizona Society of CPAs and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and is also designated as a Construction Industry Technician (CIT) in accounting. His affiliations include:
- Board Chair, Associated Minority Contractors of Arizona (AMCA)
- Active member in construction-industry organizations, including the American Subcontractors Association (ASA), Arizona Roofing Contractors Association (ARCA), and Association of Wall and Ceiling Industry (AWCI)
