Experience
His work spans specialty tax collaboration across R&D Tax Credits, State and Local Tax (SALT), International Tax, Credits & Incentives, and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Tax, plus the design of offshore delivery models.
Earlier in his career, Ryan conducted R&D tax credit studies and led teams responsible for more than $100 million in tax credits and incentives. He then built a 300-person offshore specialty tax delivery operation, progressing from practitioner to team leader to delivery architect, bringing partners credibility and collaboration structures designed to work in practice.

Ryan earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas.
