Who I work with
I work with entrepreneurial businesses predominantly in the professional services industry. Working directly with business owners, CEOs and CFOs allows me to help them achieve growth and apply the most advantageous tax strategies that align with their business objectives.
My specialty
My specialty is working with complex flow-through entities with multi-state operations. I also assist in tax structuring and compliance of complex transactions. I am a deeply analytical thinker and use my technical ability to ensure the best possible outcome for my clients. I take the time to ensure my clients are comfortable with complex situations and explain complex technical tax matters in an understandable way.
Results I have delivered
I helped manage several complex transactions that allowed clients to defer the maximum amount of federal taxes.
Unique things about me
I came to the United States 19 years ago from Russia (Siberia) with a backpack, $500 and a little English as a student exchange in the program, “Work and Travel USA.” Since then, I have been living my American Dream! I learned English and graduated at the top of my class with summa cum laude honors from the University of Maryland, Smith Business School. Along the way, I got married and now have two daughters, Alexandra and Victoria, and a dog named Marley.
When I am not at work
I love to read, work out at Orange Theory and spend time with my family.

I graduated summa cum laude from the University of Maryland, Smith Business School, and am a candidate for a master’s degree in Taxation at American University. I am a member of the AICPA.
