Overview
Will Armstrong leads Aprio’s internal financial due diligence team that supports Aprio’s inorganic growth. With ten years of experience in public accounting transaction advisory, Will works with the Mergers & Acquisitions, Integrations, and Internal Finance teams for pre- and post-LOI financial diligence. He brings deep knowledge of the industry, quality of earnings, working capital, transaction agreements, and financial statements.
Experience
Prior to joining Aprio, Will worked as a director in transaction advisory at a leading independent audit, tax, and advisory firm. He served buy-side and sell-side clients through M&A transactions ranging from $50M to $1.5B in enterprise value. He supported hundreds of transactions throughout his career.
Education & Affiliations
Will holds degrees in Finance, Economics, and Spanish from Wofford College.
