International acquisition adds top talent to achieve “what’s next” 

ATLANTA – March 31, 2022 – Aprio, LLP, a nationally recognized business advisory and CPA firm, announced today that it is acquiring a division of The Back Room, located in Pampanga, Philippines, effective April 1, 2022. 82 of The Back Room’s professionals will onboard as full-time team members to form Aprio’s newest subsidiary: Aprio Philippines.

The Back Room specializes in outsourcing administrative, legal, marketing, and accounting professionals for firms that need access to highly specialized and skilled professional workforce support. Aprio Philippines will utilize The Back Room’s cloud source technology to allow offshore employees to work effectively alongside the domestic team, increasing response time, efficiency and productivity for first-rate client service. Aprio has a long-standing relationship with The Back Room and is excited to continue recruiting talent in the thriving market.
