Aprio Continues Rapid Growth; Adds New Partners to Drive Expansion in Real Estate and Financial Services 

ATLANTA – October 9, 2025 – Aprio, the 24th largest business advisory and accounting firm in the U.S., is expanding its national capabilities with two partner additions, Dasha Walker, Commercial Real Estate Assurance Partner, based in Atlanta, and Elie Doft, Financial Services Assurance Partner, based in New York City.

Dasha Walker joins Aprio as a Commercial Real Estate Assurance Partner, where she will lead assurance services for clients navigating complex real estate investments and development across the Southeast. Based in Atlanta, she brings deep experience in student housing, multifamily housing, commercial office buildings, and real estate funds, delivering strategic audit and advisory solutions to midsize real estate, construction, and investment firms. Dasha also has experience supporting higher education and nonprofit organizations. Prior to Aprio, she built her career from intern to partner at a Big Four firm. She holds both a BBA and M.A. in Accountancy from the University of Georgia and serves on the Terry College of Business Alumni Board.

Elie Doft joins Aprio as a Financial Services Assurance Partner, bringing more than 25 years of experience in structured finance, investment banking, and credit analysis. Based in New York, Elie is leading Aprio’s expansion into securitization and structured products, working with issuers across asset classes—from auto loans and mortgages to solar panels, aircraft leases, music royalties, and franchise cash flows. Known for his entrepreneurial mindset and deal-oriented approach, Elie helps clients navigate complex transactions and build tailored financial solutions. He is focused on scaling Aprio’s presence in the structured finance market, with a particular emphasis on esoteric asset classes where agility and precision are essential. Elie holds a B.A. in Business from the University of Pennsylvania.
