Fastest-growing firm expands national footprint with Colorado based firm

ATLANTA / DENVER – Aprio, LLP, the No. 1 Fastest-Growing Accounting Firm in the U.S., announced today that Colorado-based Gomerdinger & Associates, LLC will merge with the firm. Tax lead Partner Cindy Gomerdinger and 12+ team members will join Aprio effective July 1, 2023.

The strategic combination with Gomerdinger & Associates will enhance Aprio’s expansion with new market presence in Colorado, while building out national segments in real estate, government contracting, professional services, manufacturing, construction, and technology. The transaction also strengthens Aprio’s ability to provide an expanded range of services to Gomerdinger & Associates’ clients including digital transformation and cybersecurity, blockchain accounting, international tax and wealth management. The transaction marks another significant milestone in support of Aprio’s growth strategy, and it’s dynamic and inclusive culture as the firm continues to attract top talent, foster innovation and support community engagement through a client-centric approach.
