Aprio Welcomes Jason Lipschultz as Midwest Technology Industry Leader

CHICAGO – October 7, 2025 – Aprio, the 24th largest business advisory and accounting firm in the U.S., continues to expand its national footprint and technology capabilities with the addition of Jason Lipschultz as Midwest Technology Industry Leader and Risk Advisory and Assurance Services (RAAS) Partner. Jason will expand Aprio’s practice in the Midwest, supporting clients in technology, professional services, and financial services with scalable compliance solutions.

This move advances Aprio’s strategy to be the go-to advisor for companies navigating complexities and scaling securely in a rapidly digitizing economy. As organizations face mounting pressure to demonstrate trust and transparency, System and Organization Controls (SOC) reports and other assurance services have become essential tools for meeting client and regulatory expectations. Jason brings over 20 years of experience helping companies leverage risk management as a competitive advantage. He most recently served as a partner at a national accounting firm, advising organizations of all sizes on SOC 1, SOC 2, and other compliance frameworks. Recognized for his ability to position compliance as a strategic business enabler, he leads teams who design tailored, integrated solutions that keep pace with evolving regulations and technology.

Jason holds both a BBA and an M.S. in Information Systems Technology from The George Washington University School of Business and is active with the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce and the ISACA Chicago Chapter.
