Aprio Welcomes Kevin McAdams as Real Estate Tax Partner in Nashville

Kevin brings to Aprio nearly 20 years of comprehensive real estate experience in tax planning, compliance and consulting, with a specialized focus on federal and state taxation across various entities, including individual, partnership, corporate and consolidated tax returns, as well as closely held businesses, pass-through entities, investment partnerships and real estate entities.

Throughout his career, Kevin has consistently provided invaluable guidance to real estate developers, REITs and closely-held businesses, offering expertise in critical areas such as revenue recognition, inventory capitalization, entity restructuring and transaction planning.

Kevin earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Memphis and is a CPA and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA). Kevin is deeply involved in the community, serving as the co-chair of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Nashville Membership Committee, and has held roles as an Officer and Board Member of the Franklin Noon Rotary Club and provided leadership to organizations Youth Leadership.
