Fastest-Growing Accounting Firm Aprio expands national footprint through strategic combinations with New Jersey and Washington D.C. based firms

ATLANTA/HACKENSACK/ROCKVILLE – No. 1 Fastest-Growing Firm in the U.S. Aprio, LLP announced today that two firms, Tobin & Collins in Hackensack, New Jersey and Squire, Lemkin + Company, LLP (SL+Co) in Rockville, Maryland, will merge with the firm. Tobin & Collins’ 43 team members and 4 partners, and SL+Co’s 25 team members and 5 partners, will join Aprio effective June 1, 2023.

The strategic combinations grow Aprio’s national footprint in the bustling northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, bolstering the firm’s existing services with additional strength and further expertise in industry segments. Aprio will deliver exceptional client and team member experiences by drawing on Tobin & Collins and SL+Co’s current services and specialty areas particularly Real Estate, Professional Services, High-Net-Worth Individuals, Estates and Trusts and Closely-Held businesses. The combination also enables Aprio to expand our comprehensive service offerings to Tobin & Collins and SL+Co’s existing and prospective clients in the region.
