NEW YORK CITY – August 17, 2026 – Aprio, the 20th largest business advisory and accounting firm in the U.S., announces Allie Colman, Northeast Technology Leader and Tax Partner, and Jason Drucker, Manufacturing, Distribution & Consumer Products Tax Partner, have been named to Crain’s New York Business’ Notable Leaders in Accounting, Consulting & Law for 2026.
Crain’s Notable Leaders programs recognize individuals across professions who are driving transformation and impact at organizations ranging from large corporations to grassroots nonprofits, while advancing community engagement. Honorees are chosen through a peer nomination and editorial review process. This year’s list features 97 honorees across New York’s accounting, consulting, and legal communities.
Allie leads Aprio’s Technology practice in the Northeast and is a Tax Partner in the firm’s New York office. She works with technology companies, including public and private C corporations, and has served clients across technology, food and beverage, and retail. Allie specializes in corporate tax, including ASC 740 tax provisions, and global and multistate compliance and planning. She often works with companies managing inbound and outbound foreign transactions, helping them understand what cross-border activity means from a U.S. tax perspective. Allie is involved with the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (NMSS).
Jason is a Corporate Tax Partner who advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on transaction tax, deal structuring, and post close compliance. He also serves domestic and international companies in Manufacturing, Distribution & Consumer Products on complex tax matters, including strategic planning for inbound and outbound operations and comprehensive compliance across a broad range of federal, state, and international issues. Jason brings more than a decade of experience across Manufacturing, Distribution & Consumer Products, healthcare, and technology, and works closely with Aprio’s international team on inbound foreign ownership structures. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), and the Edge Networking Group. Within his community, Jason serves on the board of Bethany House of Nassau County.
