Aaron Brown is the Managing Director of Aprio Alliance. In this role, Aaron leverages over 20 years of experience in consulting, operations, and executive leadership to enhance the value and impact of Aprio Alliance member relationships. His focus is on delivering a comprehensive and strategic member experience that fosters collaboration and drives mutual success.
Experience
Prior to joining Aprio, Aaron held various leadership positions within professional services organizations, including CEO, COO, management consultant, executive coach, and Marketing Director. Most recently, Aaron served as the Alliance Experience Leader at RSM US LLP for four years, where he played a pivotal role in building an engaged community of high-performing professional service firms. His specialties include business strategy, organizational development, and operational excellence, which he applies to help maximize the value of professional alliances.

Aaron earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Western Washington University.
