As Chief Corporate Development Officer for Aprio, Alex Gajewski leads the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions team, specializing in helping large groups work through complex problems. He enjoys the challenge of figuring out ways partnerships can be beneficial for all parties. Over the course of his career, Alex has helped execute more than $1 billion worth of transactions.
Experience
With a private equity and investment management background, Alex brings extensive experience in deal origination, due diligence, underwriting, and execution. He has successfully guided investment strategies across various sectors and served as a board observer for multiple portfolio companies.
