Alfonso has over 20 years of accounting experience, 15 of which was focused on government contracting. He brings a deep understanding of clients’ businesses and needs, and specializes in supporting organizations transform their business operations, including systems assessments and process improvement to ERP systems and data tooling. Alan supports companies of all sizes in highly regulated industries, such as government contractors, who are seeking innovative digital transformation solutions.

Alan has worked with companies on contracts ranging from $10M to $1B and led consulting engagements from $100K to $20M. With a focus on quality and building trust in relationships, he has helped numerous companies through strategic growth initiatives and acquisitions.
He also specializes in supporting his clients on their digital transformation journey. Alan enjoys focusing on meeting his clients where they are and truly understanding their actual needs, rather than simply using ‘lift and shift’ tactics for temporary improvements.
Education & Affiliations
Alfonso earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and an MBA from Murray State University. He is a member of the AICPA and the Tennessee CPA Society.
