Anna has over 25 years of experience in public accounting firms in NYC and NJ. Her knowledge of tax regulations and real estate investment strategies allows her to offer tailored solutions that help clients grow their businesses and optimize tax liability. During her career, she has helped clients defer capital gains on real estate sales through tax-free exchanges and investments in Qualified Opportunity Zones. Anna’s proficiency in state and local taxes has enabled clients to achieve significant federal and state tax savings through payments to state pass-through entities. She helps clients apply Tangible Property Regulations to maximize tax deductions through repairs expensed, partial asset dispositions, cost-segregation studies, and accelerated depreciation.
Anna’s experience in estate planning has helped reduce estate taxes by establishing trusts and other tax-efficient structures.
