Caroline is driven by her passion to tackle difficult and uncertain challenges. She specializes in growth, both organic and inorganic, business transformation, and creating exceptional client experiences. Throughout her career, Caroline consistently demonstrates her ability to deliver complex projects and activate sustainable growth.
Prior to joining Aprio, Caroline worked closely with senior executives during her time at World 50 Group, a private equity-backed executive membership network. She led numerous integrations, rebrands, and growth strategies for acquired businesses.
Education & Affiliations
Caroline earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Vanderbilt University. She was an Officer and Charter Member of Zeta Tau Alpha and a member of Sigma Alpha Lota.
