Jacob is a trusted advisor who provides professional advice in accounting, tax planning, and consulting to his clients. He works closely with McDonald’s Owner/Operators and enjoy working with these individuals through all phases of their ownership, from reviewing the first restaurant to purchase to planning for what is next after they sell. Jacob enjoys working with clients that are hands on and welcome advice and collaboration to help build their business.
Experience
He began his accounting career as an intern at Mize, and eventually transitioned into a part-time role in the QSR department, and advanced to Associate Manager by proving his capabilities. Jacob specializes in streamlining accounting processes, tax planning strategies, and consulting services tailored to the QSR industry. He regularly works through projections, reviews restaurant purchase opportunities, and consults on financial viability and ratios for his clients. Additionally, Jacob is quick to respond to his clients and is proactive in finding a solution, and always does what’s best for his clients.

Jacob earned Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Accounting and Finance, and a Master of Business Administration Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Washburn University.
