Jason is an experienced business attorney, entrepreneur, and community advocate. He practices primarily in the areas of commercial business transactions, corporate compliance, mergers acquisitions & finance, sports, and business crisis management. Jason also serves professional athletes, agents, and sports clubs through sports consulting and advisement. Jason’s diverse practice experience in both the litigation and corporate worlds grants him a valuable perspective of business transactions and entity development, from inception to completion.
Experience
Jason’s deep experience in litigation and transactional work enables him to see the full life cycle of the business and provide perspective from many sides. Jason has been a valuable resource as a General Counsel for several companies during COVID and in crisis modes.
Jason’s specialties include building teams, effectively communicating with clients by trusting long-term relationships, understanding client’s needs and providing valuable advice, acting as a true counselor who can listen and provide support and guidance beyond giving answers, acting as a sounding board, and providing comprehensive solutions.
Education & Affiliations
Jason earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine Exercise and Management degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Juris Doctor in Law from Oklahoma City University of Law School of Law Oklahoma. His professional affiliations include serving as a Phoenix Thunderbird, helping lead the philanthropic organization responsible for raising over $220 million for local charities and hosting the world-renowned WM Phoenix Open golf tournament in Scottsdale. Jason also serves as a Make-A-Wish Arizona board member and is a Honorary Commander at Luke’s Air Force Base.
