Justyn has more than 10 years of experience advising multinational enterprises, entrepreneurial clients, and high‑growth businesses across complex cross‑border tax matters. As a Tax Principal at Aprio, Justyn focuses on strengthening Aprio’s international tax presence while supporting the firm’s national and global client base. He is known for his solution‑oriented, “find a way forward” approach—delivering practical, results‑driven strategies that address clients’ needs from every angle. His leadership philosophy centers on collaboration, innovation, and empowerment.

Experience

Justyn brings a strong technical background in U.S. inbound and outbound planning, cross‑border structuring, guiding clients to remediate historical tax issues and restore good standing, and assisting clients (both individuals and companies) with maintaining their tax function and overall tax compliance. He has deep experience across the business lifecycle, from startup formation and rapid growth to restructuring and, when necessary, navigating clients through bankruptcy processes.

Before joining Aprio, Justyn served both individual and corporate tax clients, including leading corporate tax departments. While serving a diverse clientele, Justyn has gained a 360-degree perspective on how tax decisions shape operations, stakeholders, and long-term strategies. He frequently partners with directors and senior managers to lead client engagements and cultivate new business relationships across the nation.

Education & Affiliations

Justyn earned both his Master of Taxation and Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Miami. He is a CPA and actively participates in international tax professional groups in Miami. Additionally, Justyn currently serves on the board of The Lucy Project, a nonprofit supporting the Miami-Dade community to provide resources to students with learning disabilities such as dyslexia, including those in underserved public schools, to improve literacy through the science of reading.
