She is a talent executive with multi-disciplinary experience across talent acquisition, thought leadership, talent development, and merger integration with growth experience across multiple life stages within an organization.

As the Executive Vice President of Aprio Talent Solutions, Kelly is passionate about helping hiring managers in every industry, from startups to Fortune 50 companies, hire the best talent in every position needed to move their companies forward.
Prior to joining Aprio, Kelly provided leadership, strategic direction, and operational guidance to the Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh, Nashville and Tampa teams at the Eliassen Group. Her focus was to preserve strong partnerships with our clients and consultants while supporting our internal sales and recruiting teams in a thriving and culture rich environment.
Over 20 years, Kelly has led the acquisition of more than $300 million in consultants, new direct hires, and retained searches.
Education & Affiliations
Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science in Industry/Organizational Psychology from Kennesaw State University and is active in the Susan G. Komen 3-Day event to end breast cancer.
