She works directly with CEOs, CFOs, CTOs, Controllers, FP&A teams, and other senior stakeholders for clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, construction, professional services, technology, and nonprofit, helping organizations align their technology investments with business goals.

Lauren leads digital transformation engagements that span from strategy through execution, guiding clients through business process reviews, ERP evaluations and selections, technology blueprint development, and implementation readiness. With her deep foundation in ERP implementation work, including business process mapping, system integration planning, change management, and data migration, Lauren is able to confidently shepherd clients through the entire lifecycle of digital transformation.
In her line of work at Aprio, Lauren partners directly with executive and finance leadership to assess operational needs, identify gaps, and recommend scalable solutions that advance organizational goals. She frequently advises clients on how to introduce automation and AI into daily workflows, evaluate the scalability of their existing technology stack, and avoid common pitfalls during ERP selection.
Lauren has accelerated key project decisions related to digital transformation by as much as 50% by facilitating the alignment of key stakeholders and assisting in vendor negotiations, and she has driven approximately 40% reductions in manual finance and operational processes through targeted process review recommendations. Her cross‑industry experience and deep industry experience in finance operations and technology equip her to translate complex requirements into actionable transformation roadmaps.

Lauren earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Arkansas and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Kansas. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
