Leah earned a Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Portland State University. She is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA).
