Louis serves the tax, assurance*, and advisory needs of privately held businesses, with a concentration in the construction and real estate industries. His clients come to him with a wide range of goals, from driving profitability through smart tax planning and advice, to compiling a sound valuation for their business.
Experience
Louis specializes in providing tax planning and compliance for C corporations, S corporations and limited liability companies (LLCs), and for the individuals who own these businesses. He has assisted many clients in both the sale and purchase of businesses. With every engagement, Louis focuses on the ins and outs of his clients’ businesses so that he can fully understand the issues that are most important to them. His goal is to be the first person his clients call when a challenge arises.
Education & Affiliations
Louis earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Rutgers University. He is a licensed certified public accountant (CPA) in the State of New Jersey and the State of New York. Louis is also a member of the AICPA, New Jersey Society of CPAs, and New York Society of CPAs.
