Mandy has over 20 years of experience in human capital management. She worked as a BA in Telecommunications and started working for CNN as a video journalist right out of college, moving up as an associate producer and a freelance field producer. Eventually, Mandy ended up in the sales and marketing division, where she learned that she loves sales. Mandy partners with departments that really are at the forefront of emerging trends for their company. She believes in the importance of keeping your employees engaged and helping them with their development is reliant upon service and technology from a company that practices what they preach.
