Max is a Partner at Aprio and serves as the firm’s Northeast Transaction Advisory Leader, with a key focus on expanding Aprio’s presence in the Philadelphia market. As an M&A Partner, he leads growth initiatives across the region while advising on complex merger and acquisitions. With over 20 years of experience, Max supports private equity sponsors, venture capital firms, family offices, and strategic companies through all stages of the deal lifecycle.

Throughout his career, Max has advised on more than 700 transactions, with enterprise values from $2 million to $6 billion. He has led engagements across the full deal lifecylce, from initial strategy and transaction positioning through execution and close.

Education & Affiliations
Max holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Susquehanna University. He is active in the Philadelphia business community. Max currently serves on the board of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Exit Planning Institute (EPI) and previously served as an executive board member and treasurer for the Philadelphia Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) from 2018 to 2025.
