Michael’s specialties include growth cycle stage (acquisition, advisory for growth/expansion, and entity structure), structuring business buyouts (mergers & acquisitions, succession planning, and partnership), and financial advising (pension plans and wealth management).
Education & Affiliations
Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting from Drake University. He is a member of the Illinois CPA Society (ICPAS) and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Michael is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®).
