Michael earned a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Huston and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specifically in Accounting and Information Systems from Schreiner University. He is a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP), a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and serves as the Treasurer of the San Antonio chapter of the American Subcontractors Association.
