Nuwandi leads Aprio’s real estate expansion across Texas and the Southwest, collaborating with clients across all real estate asset classes, including multifamily, industrial, commercial, mixed-use, and affordable housing. She and her team are focused on sectors that move in tandem with construction and development activity. Nuwandi and her team work alongside you as your first call—growing with you from initial development through acquisition, financing, operations, and compliance.
Experience
Her strength is in real estate audit* and advisory, especially when it comes to multifamily housing, LIHTC, HUD compliance, and financial reporting. Nuwandi is in her best leading strategic go-to-market execution across audit, tax, and consulting. She knows how to pull the right team together, deliver under pressure, and drive results that matter to clients.

Education & Affiliations
Nuwandi earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University and is a licensed CPA in Texas and Colorado. She is also a Founding Advisory Board Member, Women’s Affordable Housing Network (Texas Chapter). Nuwandi has served as a guest speaker and panelist for industry events and podcasts focused on affordable housing and female leadership.
