Her specialties include corporate tax, international tax, and tax provisioning.
Experience
With over 20 years of technical tax and client service experience helping domestic and international businesses navigate the challenges of federal, state, and international tax compliance, Olga helps clients create the most tax-efficient structures for their operations. Her background also includes assistance with the implementation and application of the tax provisions of FASB Accounting Standards Codification 740 (“ASC 740”, formerly “FAS 109”) and FASB Accounting Standards Codification ASC 740-10 (“ASC 740-10”, formerly “FIN 48”). In her practice within Aprio, Olga helps ensure that each client engagement is staffed with professionals who possess the right technical knowledge, industry experience, and language skills. She maximizes the value of cross-border transactions by leveraging Aprio’s full suite of tax services, including sales and use tax, payroll tax, tax credits and incentives, and transfer pricing. Prior to joining Aprio, she held leadership positions at CBIZ, Deloitte Tax LLP, and Cherry, Bekaert & Holland, LLP. Fluent in Russian, Olga is known for being attentive to client needs and passionate about delivering results.
Education & Affiliations
Olga received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree and Master of Accounting in Taxation degree from the University of Florida, and her Master of Arts in Comparative Literature degree from Emory University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Georgia State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
