Rachael has a decade of experience in public accounting and serves as a manager in Aprio’s National Tax Office. She has experience delivering strategic tax compliance and consulting services to clients spanning multiple industries.
Experience
She built her career in tax compliance, from starting as an intern in 2017 to working closely with clients on complex tax matters and entity structures. Rachael provides technical guidance and support to client service teams across the firm on numerous tax matters. In addition to client work, she creates and leads firmwide training programs, presenting sessions for junior staff and serving as a trusted mentor.
Rachael also contributes to the firm through researching and writing on various advanced tax topics, including the development of tax policies for Aprio. Her strong leadership, technical acumen, and ability to guide cross-functional teams under pressure highlights her commitment to both excellence and professional development.
Education & Affiliations
Rachael earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Professional Services from the University of Southern Indiana. She is an Enrolled Agent and is permitted to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service.
