Overview
Roza began her public accounting career in 2007 with SND Partners LLP. She has a future-forward outlook and strategy and a continuous focus on learning about new regulations and how they affect her clients now and long-term. She loves to be a part of the team of her clients and build those long-term relationships, trust, and rapport. Roza is proactive in being available to clients and providing timely responses and supporting them in what they are doing to ensure their success.
Experience
She has been involved primarily with providing audit* services for rental real estate properties that are controlled by TCAC, RHCP, HUD, and CalHFA including the performance of over 25 TCAC and HUD Cost Certification Audits. Roza works with affordable housing developers along with their Property Management Team, nonprofit and for-profit organizations, and development consultants. She provides financial consulting and cost certifications such as syndication closings and reviewing projections and LOIs.
Roza’s specialties include cost certifications (LIHTC/HUD) and she has over 100 completed in the last 15 years, LIHTC/HUD compliance and financial audits, and affordable housing financial consulting (15 years exit, syndication).
Education & Affiliations
Roza earned a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics degree from University of California. She is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
