Experience
She is experienced in indirect rate audits under the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) Uniform Audit & Accounting Guide. Well-versed in the requirements of FAR, Teresa serves as a trusted point of contact in helping her clients understand and apply them in a practical, straightforward way.
She specializes in auditing private companies’ financial statements under GAAS/GAAP. She helps her clients navigate the world of government contracting under Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) guidelines. She also helps them interpret GAAP and assists them with accounting for transactions accordingly.
Education & Affiliations
Teresa earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland. She is a CPA in the state of Maryland, a member of the Government Contracts Committee with the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accounts (MACPA), and a GovConNet Council member with Montgomery County, Maryland.
