He is enthusiastic about working with owners, CEOs, CFOs, and their teams to identify opportunities to achieve their financial and business objectives.
Experience
Tim specializes in general accounting, tax, litigation support, strategic planning, and business consulting services. He is passionate about working with construction and real estate companies in every aspect of their business and provides advisory services for construction companies in accounting, tax, strategic planning, succession planning, and business consulting.
As a professional in the field, he has made various presentations on accounting, tax, and management issues to local and national construction trade associations. Tim has also provided numerous articles for national construction industry publications on issues affecting the industry. He is the author of the “Treasury Management and Management Reporting” chapters of the Construction Controller’s Manual.
Education & Affiliations
Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland. He is an executive committee member at the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Metro Washington. He is also a member of the DC Metropolitan Subcontractors Association (DCMSA), the Mid-Atlantic Surety Association, the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), and the National Utility Contractor Association (NUCA) of DC.
