Before joining Aprio, Tim was a Managing Partner at Nextfed where he co-led the firm’s strategy and merger & acquisition-related engagements in the aerospace, defense, and government services markets. He also served as Director of Sales and Trading at Cambridge Mercantile Group in Toronto for eight years, where he oversaw mergers and acquisitions, guided corporate strategy, and managed the company’s expansion into the U.S. market.

Tim has extensive experience providing strategic, financial, and operational advice to executive leadership, corporate growth initiatives, establishing relationships with partners and customers, identifying acquisition targets, participating in the M&A process, preparing investment collateral, engaging potential investors, and developing strategic plans.
