He brings broad experience across various industries and focuses on technology companies and government contractors. In addition to handling compliance, Todd helps clients plan quarterly taxes, prepare ASC740 income tax provisions, conduct buy and sell side tax due diligence, and calculate business sales and acquisitions.
He takes a collaborative approach, sharing his knowledge with team members, working with staff and seniors to answer tax return preparation questions, and communicating with clients on current and upcoming projects. Todd actively seeks ways to increase efficiency through improved use of technology.
