Her deep experience spans corporate development, investment banking, and private equity roles, offering a comprehensive perspective on the full deal lifecycle. She has led multidisciplinary teams in sourcing, evaluating, and integrating acquisitions across diverse industries.
Prior to joining Aprio, Val was a managing partner at North Inlet Advisors, a boutique M&A advisory firm that guided clients in the realization of strategic vision through long-term acquisitive growth. She also previously served in corporate development and investor relations roles at Babcock & Wilcox, a publicly traded provider of energy and environmental technologies.
