Vladimir earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, graduating Cum Laude from Baruch College (CUNY). He received his master’s degree in taxation from Pace University, graduating at the top of his class. His professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).
