She began her career in public accounting, which gives her a unique ability to bridge technical expertise with strategic sales execution. Her passion for growth has led her to develop and implement innovative sales strategies that expand client relationships and drive revenue.
Before her current role, Whitney served as the National Business Development Leader for a national professional services firm, where she led a team of over 100 and played a pivotal role in achieving significant revenue growth over an 11-year tenure. She has also held leadership roles overseeing sales and marketing, further deepening her expertise in driving integrated growth strategies. In addition, Whitney has spent years advising professional services organizations on how to build and scale their growth functions.
