Yuki works closely with the CEOs, CFOs, and controllers of United States-based subsidiaries of Japanese companies. He is well-versed in the manufacturing, distribution, technology, and service industries, and is equipped to serve companies of all sizes — from startups to multinational corporations with over $500 million in revenue.
Experience
He specializes in advising Japanese companies interested in establishing operations in the U.S., in addition to companies that already have subsidiaries in the States. Yuki focuses on providing corporate and individual tax compliance and consulting and assist with tax provision calculations on financial reporting engagements.
From answering tax questions and issuing notices to researching laws to identify savings opportunities, he has built a deep technical knowledge that makes tax compliance easier for inbound foreign companies. Outside of the technical arena, Yuki also helps Japanese companies successfully navigate cultural and language differences when setting up operations stateside.
Education & Affiliations
Yuki earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He is also a member of the AICPA and the Japanese Chamber of Commerce of Georgia.
