Aprio Boosts Leadership Team with Addition of Neal Beggan to Lead Advisory Services 

ATLANTA – November 13, 2025 – Aprio, the 24th largest business advisory and accounting firm in the U.S., announced today that Neal Beggan has joined the firm as National Advisory Services Leader, marking a significant addition to Aprio’s leadership team. In this role, he will guide the strategic growth of Aprio’s advisory practice, expanding services, solutions, talent, and market presence that empower mid-market businesses to grow. 

With Neal’s leadership, Aprio will expand its advisory capabilities across data, digital transformation, and process improvement, helping clients navigate change faster and make smarter business decisions. 

Having over 25 years of experience in the accounting profession in advisory roles, Neal has a proven track record in advancing technology advisory solutions that achieve transformative growth and impact. He joins Aprio from a national accounting and advisory firm, where he served as Mid-Atlantic Market Leader and earned recognition for building high-performing teams and scaling technology-enabled service offerings. Known for driving client success, Neal brings deep experience, vision, and leadership to Aprio’s advisory practice. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and is Certified in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA).  Previously, Neal held designations as a Certified CSF Practitioner (CCSFP), Certified in Risk & Information Systems Controls (CRISC), and was one of the first Provisional Assessors in the U.S. for the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC).  In addition, Neal was previously granted a Top Secret Security Clearance by the DSS.

Additionally, he sits on the Board of the Northern Virginia Chamber (NVC), the School of Accounting Guiding Executive (SAGE) board for James Madison University, and is a member of the 2025 class of Leadership of Greater Washington (LGW). Previously, he held roles on the Executive Board of the Autism Society of America and the Executive Committee of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) Light The Night.
