“Most entrepreneurs are heads down, running their companies. They don’t always have time to explore emerging technologies or experiment with new tools. I get that,” said Richard. “But it also means they’re missing practical, powerful ways to improve efficiency, scale, and insight…right now.” AI can positively affect every area of business – from marketing to finance to HR.  

He emphasizes that AI is already embedded in many tools that organizations use daily and can drive efficiency, scalability and better decision-making without requiring a full business overhaul. Richard encouraged leaders to move beyond viewing AI as experimental and instead activate existing capabilities to stay competitive in a rapidly evolving market.
