Anne has over 12 years of experience in fixed asset valuation, working closely with public and private companies, investment firms, hedge funds, operators, and law firms. She manages projects from start to finish and works with audit* teams during their review processes. Anne works closely with clients to communicate valuation methodologies and corresponding results.
Experience
She provides value fixed assets for a variety of purposes: mergers and acquisitions, financial & tax reporting, energy tax credits, fixed asset management, fresh start accounting, liquidation scenarios, and insurance. Anne specializes in infrastructure, project financing appraisals, and personal property valuation. She offers extensive experience in the financial analysis and valuation modeling for two industries, energy & resources and consumer & industrial products.
Education & Affiliations
Anne earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Vanderbilt University. She is a member of the American Society of Appraisers and Society of Women Engineers.
