Christie is recognized for guiding clients through complex state regulations, proactively managing risk, and preventing compliance issues before they become operational obstacles.

Christie leads discovery in client engagements, analyzes entity structures for risks, develops phased action plans, and delivers ongoing guidance as organizations evolve. She resolves urgent issues quickly. Clients trust her to clarify when entities must register, how Secretary of State filings proceed, and why compliance extends beyond registered agent services.
