Jason has 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. At Aprio, he will be joining as an audit* partner specializing in the construction industry. Beyond his technical experience Jason is an avid outdoorsman, often found hunting, fishing and rafting.
Fun fact: Jason was born on tax day, which made him certain this was the job for which he was destined.
Experience
Jason has spent over 25 years helping contractors navigate their financial statements and tax needs. He has overseen all aspects of assurance*, tax and consulting in the construction industry. Jason approaches every engagement as an opportunity to grow, learn, and teach from his wealth of knowledge and experiences. Additionally, Jason highlights the significance of levity and humor in the workplace, stating that if you can have fun doing this job, he guarantees you’ll be successful at it.
Education & Affiliations
Jason earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Portland State University. He is a CPA licensed to practice in the State of Oregon. Jason’s professional affiliations include:
