Overview

Lindsay Williams serves as Director of Learning Strategy and is focused on designing evidence-based learning solutions that accelerate skill development and business outcomes. Her specialties include learning design, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement. She has deep experience in learning solution and process improvement methodologies, change management, technology adoption, and team leadership. Lindsay is passionate about creating the conditions for people to learn, grow, deliver value, and contribute to the betterment of our world.

Experience

Lindsay leads enterprise learning strategy and experience design, aligning curricula, platforms, and performance support with organizational priorities. She partners with stakeholders across the business to translate goals into measurable learning outcomes and guides cross-functional teams in building scalable programs that blend eLearning, simulations, mobile learning, job aids, and facilitator-led experiences to improve on-the-job performance.

Prior to joining Aprio, Lindsay worked in healthcare where she oversaw the development of clinical, technical, and operational learning solutions. She has led multidisciplinary teams of instructional designers, clinical educators, simulation specialists, artists, videographers, extended-reality designers, and developers to deliver high-impact training for medical professionals and patients. She has also applied inquiry-based and constructivist approaches as a part-time instructor of Interactive Design at Kennesaw State University, and as a secondary math teacher and teacher-coach.

Education & Affiliations

Lindsay earned a Bachelor of Science in Science, Technology, and Culture from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Arts in Learning Design and Technology from Georgetown University. She also holds a certificate in Leading Digital Transformation in Health Care from Harvard Medical School Executive Education.
