Luke specializes in audit and attestation services for closely held businesses, with a focus on construction companies. Within the construction industry, Luke serves a diverse range of clients—from small, family-owned businesses to large, multi-state consolidated entities—across residential, mechanical, industrial, and high-tech construction. Luke also works with closely held businesses in manufacturing and the timber industry.
In the not-for-profit sector, Luke also has experience performing audits and reviews for a variety of organizations such as unions, trade associations, charities, religious organizations, and social clubs. He also performs audit services that include Uniform Guidance audits over government expenditures and employee benefit plan audits.
Education & Affiliations
Luke earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Washington State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA), and the Portland Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA).
