He is recognized for a collaborative, solution-driven approach that steers organizations through complexity, whether they are looking to scale their growth to the next level or enter into M&A activity.
Experience
The majority of Michael’s two decades of accounting experience has been spent specializing in the financial, compliance, and operational needs of government contractors. As Chief Sales Officer for CAVU Advisors, he directed financial frameworks for contractors at various stages; developed compliant systems for scaling organizations; advised executive teams on enhancing financial operations for their strategic initiatives; and established strategic partner programs with Unanet, Nue/Decerio, Deltek and other key platforms essential for compliant accounting and project management.
Education & Affiliations
Michael earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Maryland University College. He is also a member of the Fort Meade Alliance (FMA) and the Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum (SECAF), where he serves on the SECAF membership committee.
