Overview
Natalia is a Director with Aprio’s Assurance* practice. She has more than 15 years of experience performing audits* of domestic and multinational companies, specifically within the manufacturing, distribution, technology, consumer products, and construction sectors.
Experience
Prior to joining Aprio, Natalia was an accountant with a local firm in metro Atlanta, where she provided assurance and tax services to clients in the construction industry, and a foreign operations department manager for the Russian bank. In addition to audits, Natalia specializes in technical accounting services and financial reporting. She also advises clients on complex tax events that occur at various stages of their growth trajectory. This includes consulting on revenue recognition, acquisitions, and debt and equity transactions.
Education & Affiliations
Natalia holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from the Keller Graduate School of Management and a Master of Electromechanical Engineering from the State University of Aerospace Technologies, Moscow. Her professional and civic involvement includes:
