Who I work with
I work with middle-market, multistate and multinational companies in technology, manufacturing & distribution, and financial services. I advise both inbound and outbound international companies with annual revenues of $50 million–$100 million.
My specialty
My specialties include corporate tax, international tax and tax provisioning. I have over 16 years of technical tax and client service experience helping domestic and international businesses navigate the challenges of federal, state and international tax compliance. I help clients create the most tax-efficient structures for their operations, and I have significant experience implementing FASB ASC 740 and ASC 740-10 tax provision standards.
Results I have delivered
In my role, I ensure that each engagement is staffed with Aprio advisors with the appropriate technical and industry expertise and language skills to deliver results. I maximize my clients’ cross-border transactions by leveraging Aprio expertise across a comprehensive list of tax services, including sales and use tax, payroll tax, tax credits and incentives, transfer pricing and more.
Unique things about me
I speak fluent Russian, and my love of literature led me to earn a graduate degree in Comparative Literature from Emory University.
When I am not at work
I love to read and I enjoy 3 dimensional puzzles (like Legos for adults). I enjoy swimming, hiking and international travel, especially to Spain and London.
